How does onboarding work and how long does it take to get started?

Onboarding is low level-of-effort on you and your team, and typically takes 30 days, with some campaigns launching in as quickly as 14 days, and complex, multi-campaign engagements taking 30-45 days.

The onboarding process involves:

  • Audience: We create an audience that aligns with your ideal customer profile, based on your filters, as well as any Target Account or Contact lists.  We also can manage to your exclusion lists.  Your audiences are provided for your review, refinement, and approval before going live.
  • Survey:  We typically write the first draft of yoru survey questions, which are informed by 1) Questions your Sales team is asking today as part of their standard sales motion, as well as 2) Marketing or Sales enablement content that speaks to Problem, Solutions, Benefits for the audience we are targeting.
  • Revenue Operations:  We build your campaign, implement conditional logic, qualification criteria for meetings, as well as notifications, any CRM integrations, and provide access to our client portal where you can view survey responses and update meeting status.
What CRM’s do you integrate with?
Our most common integrations are with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Marketo. We also integrate with 100’s of other platforms via Zapier.
How do you guarantee performance?
Our Standard Pilot Plan is strictly pay per performance, with no charges other than Survey Leads and Meeting Leads that meet our client’s filters. If we are unable to send you any leads that meet those requirements, you would be eligible for a full refund. Please request a Master Services Agreement for more details.
How many leads or meetings will we receive?

Yes, we have highly effective technographic targeting that we have activated for multiple clients successfully.
Do you source the data or does that come from us?
You can leverage our incredible database to drive your entire campaign. You do not need to provide any data, however many of our clients contribute Target Account Lists or Target Contact Lists to their target audience, since that is the business they want to win.
Can you target our Target Account List?
Yes, approximately 80% of the time we are enriching, validating, and activating target account lists for our clients.
